In each session, our experienced music therapists use their therapeutic skills to engage with members by sharing live music, using singing, percussion, musical cues, and expressive communication. Sessions also use conversation and digital music technology when appropriate.

Pudsey Lunch Club
Our lunch clubs offer a chance to get out of the house, have a hot, balanced meal - and not have to do the washing up! Lunch clubs are a great way to catch up with friends or to meet new people for a friendly chat. Sometimes our clubs invite guest speakers, and there may be opportunities to play games but there’s no obligation to join in!

Home From Home
Board games and card games can be enjoyed by anyone at any age, and is a fantastic way to stay social. It can even improve brain function by stimulating the parts of the brain that are responsible for complex thought and memory formation.

Penny Lane
This is a space to encourage people experiencing some memory loss or people who have a diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia, their carers and their friends to come along and join us. There'll be activities to engage, inform, stimulate and entertain everyone. Plus, it'll be an opportunity to make new friends, keep active and feel more confident.
Seated Yoga - Pudsey
Yoga concentrates on gentle stretching to boost your flexibility and balance. This is chair exercise at an individual`s own pace. Especially suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pudsey Walking Trips
Explore your local area and meet new people at an organised walking group. Groups go at a pace that suits everyone and take on a mixture of flat walks through to more demanding, hillier trails over different distances. There’s often a chance to stop for a hot drink and a cake along the way!
